Flight Crew Student Programming

 

Assist Student Affairs with developing and executing a diverse schedule of student programming for UT Martin students. The individual will provide support the day-to-day operations of campus student programming throughout the academic year. This position will answer to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.

·      Provide programming ideas to meet the interests of all UT Martin Students.

·      Solicit programming ideas from students.

·      Assist with marketing and promotion of programming efforts.

·      Assist with the execution of student programing efforts, including but not limited to:

o  Event planning and organization

o  Event setup and take down

o  Event management

·      Participate in weekly meetings and work programming events as scheduled.

·      Full-Time UTM Student

·      Strong communications skills

·      Passion for programming for a diverse student body

·      Able to attend/work events on nights and weekends as needed.
