Maintenance Student Worker

Come join our team and work alongside our maintenance staff to help repair a wide variety of minor maintenance items. This position will also have full-time hours available during the summer.

Job Duties:

Provide minor maintenance services for university residential facilities

Repair and replace blinds

Replace ceiling tiles

Assist in preparing and painting residential units

Assist in repairing and replacing locks, closures, mortises, etc.

Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools as needed

Assist in completing work orders

Adhere to all health and safety precautions

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope and intent of the position
