Computer Help Desk Support Specialist        

The department of Information Technology Services is looking to hire Support Specialists to work in the Computer Help Desk located in Crisp Hall 102. This position provides Tier I support to answer technology or account related questions via phone, email, chat, or walk-in support. Hours are flexible.

·     Work as part of the Help Desk team, providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software for office, personal, and classroom devices

·     Answer users' questions via phone, office visit, or email, address system and user issues, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

·     Document errors that are reported to the department of Information Technology Services and pass this information on to the correct team within ITS

·     Work with ITS Client Support Services team to resolve incidents or service requests for physical devices
